The price is an estimate cost based on a level lot with good access and basic cranage. Price will includes pre-approved engineered drawings, an ICBO and Research Report and an engineered concrete detail for Building and Safety (city permit). Also includes standard excavation into normal soil conditions and removal of dirt, delivery, standard cranage, installation, electrical and plumbing, including standard equipment package by Hayward (1/2 HP pump, filter and timeclock), 4 color Fiber Optic Lighting (18' of 300 strand), and 4’ engineered standard concrete surround. Pool comes with 1 skimmer, 2 main drains, 2 inlets.No heater or gas line.

Also excludes street permits, if needed. Also excludes tree and concrete removal. This does not include upgrades to electrical board or gas line, if needed. Pool enclosures and alarms not included. This estimate is valid for 7 days from the above date.
Each Pool has a Standard Research Report approved by the city of Los Angeles, on all their pools, plus all the required engineering that meets the city’s and county’s standards. Each Pool is numbered and most importantly supplied with a 25 year written warranty on the shell.
